What is Trauma Therapy?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is a type of therapy that helps people process and heal disturbing life experiences and emotional distress. Using the core belief model, we help you find the places that are blocked and assist you in clearing these blocks to aid in further healing.

IFS therapy is a type of psychotherapy that allows us to access and heal protective and wounded parts of ourselves. As we go through life, we all experience painful and difficult things. This is where we develop protective and wounded parts of us. With IFS we are connecting to these parts and providing healing and relief to them.
